The parking situation felt precarious with warnings about potential break-ins!!! The room’s decor seemed outdated, and the overall ambiance could use a good refresh. Air conditioning units were noisy at night. Better security would make a significant difference!!!

Our stay was comfortable, and we appreciated the hardwood floors instead of carpets! The kids enjoyed the cable programming, and everything felt clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and responsive, making us feel at home during our visit with our grown children.

The room was pretty comfy and clean overall. The beds in our quadruple room felt just right for the price. We got fresh towels daily, and the staff were friendly. However, we did notice some hair in the tub and that one of the cribs was broken. Not ideal, but not a total disaster either.

the quadruple room had air conditioning and a private bathroom which was nice. the bathroom had a shower and there were cable channels on the TV. room was spacious and had a good setup. the outdoor swimming pool was really clean and pleasant to use. tile flooring meant no nasty carpet smells!

Had a great time with friends! We explored the nearby museums and hit up a fun restaurant. The beds were super comfy and the staff were helpful. Just make sure to check your room carefully when you arrive!

I had a pleasant first impression with the friendly staff. While the location was convenient for my travel needs, I discovered some significant issues in the room, including an outdated shower and noisy heater. I appreciated the clean bedding but suggest requesting a room with better maintenance. Bring earplugs!

It was just a balanced option for strolling around in Dallas with very good value for money. The room seemed renovated, which was a nice surprise. Just be cautious about the area. it feels a bit unsafe at times.
